When completed Monroe Center community will bring together rental and condominium residences, retail shops, a wide-variety of eateries, artist studios and galleries, and an outdoor public space. Also, many of Monroe Center buildings will have rooftop gardens—each a tranquil place to sit and relax.
Monroe Center is currently home to Monroe Center for the Arts, an established multi-disciplinary artist community. For over ten years, we have supported and encouraged artists to come and grow with us.
